KUALA LUMPUR, August 27 – Esso and Mobil’s Synergy 5000, their new RON 95 unleaded petrol, is now available at all 540 service stations nationwide and is priced at RM1.75 per litre.

Motorists can enjoy high quality and engine protection from Synergy 5000 as it contains the same fully synthetic additives found in Synergy F-1, Esso and Mobil’s premium RON 97 unleaded petrol.

Developed with extensive technological research and testing coordinated by ExxonMobil's global research company, the proprietary multi-functional additive pack provides multiple benefits to vehicles, including engine cleansing, corrosion protection and friction reduction.  The Friction Modifier combats friction, which helps improve engine performance and provides smoother acceleration.

Esso and Mobil's Synergy Family of Fuels is comprised of Synergy F-1, Synergy 5000 and Synergy Diesel.  The fuels are Euro-2M compliant,and thus produce cleaner emissions and are more environmentally friendly.
